The Birth Package
$1450
This package includes:
Complementary consult
Two (2) in-person prenatal sessions, including assistance with birth preferences
Available through calls, texts, and emails during business hours from time of contract signing
On-call from 37 weeks onward
Continuous support during labor, including laboring at home before moving to separate birthing location (if applicable)
Presence for 1-2 hours after baby’s arrival, including help with first latch
One (1) post-birth visit in your home to check in, process the birth, answer questions, troubleshoot breastfeeding, and receive referrals to other care providers if needed
Donation of $50 in support of BIPOC birthers and birthworkers
Equally skilled and fully trusted backup doula on retainer
The Holistic Package
$1900
This includes everything from the Birth Package plus:
Additional prenatal in-person support as requested
Accompanying you to one visit with your care provider
Donation of $100 in support of BIPOC birthers and birthworkers
8 hours of in-home postpartum support (either two day shifts or one night shift)
Postpartum Support Rates
$30/hr daytime (4 hr min - 8 hr max/day)
A-la-carte postpartum support can be provided during the day, with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per day. This support encompasses:
Emotional support and processing of this very large life transition
Assistance in healing from birth
Cooking nutritious meals
Light housekeeping
Basic newborn care
Feeding support
Knowledge and support of holistic baby-led sleep and development
Resources for referrals to other care providers as needed
*Currently only providing daytime support in a limited capacity, and no overnights.
